Before paying for a machine or an expensive part, compare the documents and review the supplier's registry evidence. We are inviting an initial group of 10 businesses to help evaluate the service on real purchases.
Document checks require sign-in. The current free limit is 3 new checks per 24 hours. No card required. Pilot requests open your email application; participation is confirmed by reply.
Compare the actual documents
Upload the offer and invoice together. Select the pair and see differences in the supplier, stated recipient, account, currency and amount.
Read the registry evidence
ARES and VIES comparisons show which supplier details match, differ or remain unverified, with the source and verification time.
Keep your evidence private
Results stay in your account. Public result links exclude this document comparison. Uploaded files are deleted within 30 days.
A practical first check
- Choose documents from one purchase: an offer and an invoice, or the original and revised payment instructions.
- Sign in and upload up to two readable files, 4 MB in total. Remove unrelated personal data; never upload passwords or banking credentials.
- After analysis, select the documents in “Compare offer and invoice”. Review differences and missing evidence before deciding about payment.
What this pilot does not confirm
Matching documents do not prove bank-account ownership, the sender's authority, stock, technical condition or delivery. We do not provide escrow or a payment guarantee. Differences can have legitimate causes such as deposits, factoring or authorised changes. Reading accuracy is still being evaluated on real documents.
Help shape a useful purchasing check
We want to learn what was missed, what was unnecessarily flagged and whether the check saved you time. No case study or document will be published without separate permission. Tell us your country and purchasing context; do not email confidential documents with the initial enquiry.
